VENTA metering system, precise and reliable

The VENTA metering system with volumetric flutes, distributes seeds, fertiliser and cover crops with no additional equipment required. All central components are in stainless steel. No tools or disassembly is necessary for maintenance.
Equipped with an electric drive system, application rate can be adjusted while working, either manually or via an Variable Rate Application map.

A powerful blower ensures smooth flow and high-quality work

The TF 1512 front hopper is equipped with a powerful blower and a side air-outlet. Any risk of blockage from large seeds or fast seeding is eliminated. There are no tubes under the tractor or in the field of vision.

The TF 1512 hopper can be hitched to mechanical seed drills, precision seed drills and tillage tools. It is the versatile seeding solution: one unique hopper for seeding, fertilisation, and planting cover crops! Technical features and ISOBUS compatibility make the TF 1512 hopper very easy to use.

A wide range of applications

The TF 1512 hopper can be hitched to mechanical seed drills, precision seed drills and tillage tools so you can plant crops, cover crops and apply fertiliser.
A front packer with 4 wheels is also available for soil levelling between the wheels of the tractor, or a carrying frame to prevent compaction. In both cases extra balance weights can be added for more stability.

The calibration button is next to the metering unit to start the flow test function without having to get into the tractor cab.
The TF 1512 hopper is available as an ISOBUS machine: control the machine with an ISOBUS CCI terminal or the tractor's ISOBUS terminal. Alternatively, it can be controlled with the QUANTRON S-2 terminal for total and precise seeding management.

Better balance facilitates manoeuvring.

The TF 1512 front hopper provides excellent balance between the tractor and the machine. Driving is easier with improved balance, and a lighter load on the rear axle facilitates manoeuvring and road travel. Soil compaction is also reduced with better load balance.

Simple to fill

Fill your TF 1512 hopper easily from a bulk trailer or with a big bag and a front loader. You can also fill the hopper from small bags in total safety thanks to the access platform. It is easy to access the metering unit to do a flow check.

Equipment

The TF 1512 hopper comes in ISOBUS and non-ISOBUS versions. It can be controlled using the QUANTRON S-2 terminal that enables electronic metering and tramlining adjustment or with a CCI terminal or the tractor's ISOBUS terminal.

The compact ISOBUS terminal!

The AEF-certified CCI 800 ISOBUS terminal features a 8"/20.3 cm screen. Essential information is displayed with a main view and mini-views on the side. Click on the mini-view to enlarge it. It can offer the same applications as the CCI 1200 terminal. Among its most innovative applications, , it performs Section Control, application rate modulation from maps or biomass sensors and guidance assistance, all using GPS data. The connection of one or two cameras increases comfort of use.

TThe AEF-certified CCI 1200 ISOBUS terminal focuses on three priorities: performance, visibility and flexibility. It allows you to intuitively monitor your machines with its anti-glare 12.1"/30.5 cm large touchscreen. All essential information during work can be displayed in different formats (vertical, horizontal, maxi-view, mini-view, double UT,…). Among its most innovative applications, , it performs Section Control, application rate modulation from maps or biomass sensors and guidance assistance, all using GPS data. The connection of one or two cameras increases comfort of use.
QUANTRON S-2 control box provides electronic application rate adjustment

Complete and precise management!

Your electronic seeding management terminal! You can change application rates manually or automatically by GPS for great field starts, and store data and seed calibration settings for 200 fields. It comes with a work counter and symmetrical or asymmetrical tramlining of 2 to 12 passes, before and after germination.
